You can now lead your own fundraising campaign to support the Joe Martin ALS Foundation with our peer-to-peer donation tool. This tool is an online application, requiring only an internet connection to create, manage and donate, that enables our supporters to setup and promote donation pages to help people with ALS. With this tool anyone can design their own page by adding photos, text, and establish a fundraising goal. Raising funds in honor of someone's birthday, wedding anniversary, and sponsorship for a race or competition are examples of events that can be used as campaigns. You can be creative! The golf teams in this year's foundation golf tournament can use this tool to raise funds and win the challenge of the highest fundraising team. Another way to help the foundation is by offering your time. The foundation has developed a volunteer network for respite care. Our volunteers give caregivers the opportunity to attend to personal needs by sitting with PALS, by assisting families with tasks such as grocery shopping, or by just being a friend.
