Thank you for participating in our Annual ALS Softball Rivalry Challenge! After registering here, follow these steps to get your BetterWorld Fundraising Page created, published, and ready to raise funds to help people with ALS!

STEP 1: 1: Visit this site to set up your fundraising page on BetterWorld:

STEP 2: Register on BetterWorld—Follow the prompts

• Fill in your name
• Write your appeal to your donors—Tell your story—share why you would like to help people with ALS and support The Joe Martin ALS Foundation mission to help people with ALS live actively with their free support services. Ask that folks help you help a great cause by donating to help you reach your goal.
• Select your team
• Hit Register—You are now officially part of your team!

 

STEP 3: Edit your page:

• Click Edit Your Donation Page
• Campaign Profile Image—Upload a photo of you
• Campaign Cover Image—Upload an image that will tell your story
• Make sure to click save as you edit each section

STEP 4: Share! Share! Share!

• Share your page! Click the social media icons in the top left of the participant page, copy your page link, or download your QR code (found midway down the participant page dashboard on Better World).
• Get the word out! Send the link to your page via email, snail mail, and social media so you can reach everyone you know. Be sure to ask everyone! We hear time and time again that people are surprised at the folks who give the most. So do your part by giving everyone the opportunity to give. You never know who has a connection to ALS. It is more common than you would think! And this provides people an easy way to help.

Please note that all donors will receive a notification through the website for their donation and larger donors will receive a letter for their taxes from The Joe Martin ALS Foundation.
